This one of a kind OOAK custom American Girl doll was created with a brand new Josefina doll, a curly brown wig, and hazel eyes. She has lip gloss and freckles that were hand painted and sealed. She may have some minor shine marks from handling. She comes with the outfit pictured. Her ears are pierced with American Girl doll sized earrings and the pair pictured are included.
