This one of a kind OOAK custom American Girl doll was created with a Kavi doll, a black and brown wig, and gold eyes. She has a full face up that was hand painted and sealed. She may have some minor shine marks from handling. She comes with the outfit pictured. I did not pInt this face up. It was done by another doll artist.
