Set of 4 pieces of approximately 3-inch long heavy duty 4mm elastic and 8 metal ferrules per kit. I use thick 4mm elastic, the same size as American Girl. I know others use smaller 3mm or 1/8 inch elastic, but it doesn’t hold up as well or last as long.
