This one of a kind OOAK custom American Girl doll was created with a brand new Sparkling Ballerina doll, a brown multi toned wig, and amber eyes. She has lip gloss and freckles on her nose that were hand painted and sealed. She may have some minor shine marks from handling. She comes with the outfit pictured.
